Blaine, looks like a wonderful year, despite the 'rona. Thanks for a glimpse into your lives. Veterans of this blog should have no trouble solving your puzzle. Happy Christmas --> New Year's week. May 2022 be full of joy!
ReplyDeleteYou had a wonderful year. Thanks for the memories...
ReplyDeleteHappy holidays Blaine (and to all).
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to celebrating birthdays, you guys “take the cake”! Thanks for another year of blogging!
Yes! Those cakes are awesome.
DeleteSpeaking of those cakes - who made them? Those are fantastic! I love the violin and the 56bit for 56 years!
DeleteMost are a collaboration between Felicia and me. However, in the case of the 56-bit encryption cake, that was Felicia and Sheila (for me). And the violin was done by Amara and me (for Felicia). We often try to tie the theme into something the person likes and the year. So one of the cakes for Sheila's 20th, had a skeleton (bones) drinking milk. Calcium is element 20. Did you see the hidden 57 on the violin?
DeleteThx for sharing your family’s yearly highlights. Do have the happiest of New Years.
ReplyDeleteYours in a puzzling way,

Hi Blaine, Thank you for sharing your exciting world with your family. The animation is spectacular. I am sharing with my daughter who is studying animation at college. Truly amazing!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you and your wonderful family. Appreciate all you have done for the blog site all these years.

Blaine, you are an amazing gift to us.
ReplyDeleteYou are a video production genius.
You have been blessed with a beautiful family.
You provide us with a place to play with words, ponder Will's puzzles, and spout our opinions.
You are a true sharer, generous and selfless.
Words cannot adequately express my gratitude.
You deserve each and every blessing God may bestow upon you and and yours.
Thank you.

That was awesome - I would love to know how you made the calico cats!
ReplyDeleteThank you for giving us a space to play/puzzle.
--Margaret G.
The calicos are cute but easy. We took the leftover bits of dough from our sugar cookies, chocolate cookies and gingerbread cookies and rolled them together then cut out the cat shapes.
DeleteThat is really a brilliant move. Tasty too, I would imagine! Best of holidays to all of the Blainesvillians!
DeleteThanks for the video and this playground, Blaine! Happy holidays, and best wishes for a healthy and happy 2022!
