NPR Sunday Puzzle (Sep 20, 2026): Rhyming Country Anagrams
Q: There are two neighboring countries whose names have anagrams that rhyme with each other. What are the countries and their anagrams?
Change the first letter of one of the countries so it is four earlier in the alphabet and rearrange all the letters to name two other countries.

    I have a two-word alternative.
    That is: neighboring nations, each of which anagrams to a two-word phrase, and the two phrases rhyme with each other.

    Remove two letters from one country, then rearrange to get a body part. Remove one letter from the second country and with no rearranging get a different body part
